This Knowledge Base is only available to SUMO customers and partners.

How to request access?

  • Email Us – Email support@sumoscheduler.com asking for KnowledgeBase access.  Make sure you confirm your identity as a customer or partner.
  • Log-a-Case – Please allow 24 hours for us to get back to you.

In order to process your request, we will need:

  • Subject: Need Access to SUMO KnowledgeBase
  • Name: Your Full Name
  • Email: Your Work Email Address (no @gmail, @yahoo, etc… — must be your @workdomain.com email address)
  • Phone: Your Phone Number (in case we have questions)
